ACCOUNT TYPES

		Self Trading Account Using our FX Station 2003, experienced investors can access real-time quotes, charts, execution of orders and status of their online account 24 hours a day. This enables investors to participate in the spot FX market using the same resources that only institutions had access to in the past.
		Broker Assisted Account For investors new to foreign exchange, a Broker-assisted Account allows you to participate in the currency market with the help of an account executive. Clients are able to trade on-line, view account status, quotes, cross-rates and news in real-time, and if you have any questions, in reference to economic indicators, technical analysis "charts", or market trends, an account executive is available to you.

ACCOUNT OPENING PROCEDURES

To open a new account with us, please fill up the application form in the New Account section of our website. Documents and correspondences regarding the opening of an account shall be forwarded to you through the mailing/correspondence address you have provided in the New Account Application Form. All other documents and information required by us from you shall be forwarded to our Philippines Sole Agent.

The minimum amount to open an account is USD 10,000.00. All deposits are accounted in US Dollars only and made payable to the designated bank of Performance Forex via telegraphic transfers, checks and cash deposits.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

		Custody of funds is held with the above bank. A Security Agreement will be issued for amounts US$10,000 and above deposited with Performance Forex, Inc. Once funds are confirmed and cleared by our designated banks. Upon opening of an account, the client will then be provided with a user ID and a password. Clients can only trade based on cleared deposits in favor of their trading account(s) NOT on promised funds or funds in transit unless special arrangements are made previously with Performance Forex Such arrangements should be in writing and guaranteed by the client and approved by authorizing officer(s) of the local servicing agent.

WITHDRAWALS

The account holder must sign a withdrawal notice before any payments from the trading account may be disbursed. Performance Forex, Inc. will only absorb one-time telegraphic transfer banking fees per month for withdrawals.

All withdrawals are processed and released within seven (7) banking days and will be denominated in US Dollars only. Telegraphic transfers are only transferred to the account under the name of the account holder.
