COUNTRY MANAGER
The ideal candidate must be thoroughly experienced with the local foreign exchange business environment, have a working knowledge of other financial and investment products and an extensive personal network. The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies inline with the group's goals for the region and retain responsibility for the area of operation.
Job Specifics :
- Maintain supervision and responsibility for area of operations reporting directly to global head office.
- Keep abreast of developments in the domestic scene affecting the business and regulatory environment.
- Provide lead role in developing new markets for the companies' products.
Minimum Requirements :
-At least 10 years experience in finance and investments with five years experience in Foreign Exchange and/or derivatives trading.
- Experience in a Senior Management capacity with competency in business development and marketing.
- Experience in a multicultural environment, working remotely with overseas offices.

SALES MANAGER
The position has direct supervision and responsibility for the work of the group of at least seven (7) to a
maximum of fourteen (14) MIO's. Their task also is the same for the MIO's with the additional responsibility to manage people. Candidates should have previous experience in finance and investments with emphasis in foreign exchange.
Job Specifics :
- Provide the lead role in their respective teams assisting MIO's their prospects/customers and conduct regular consultations with the group in pursuit of company objectives.
- Accomplish and submit regular performance reports to upper management in accordance with company practices.
- Take the lead in the recruitment process for MIOs interviewing prospective candidates.
- Provide supplemental sales and marketing training for MIO's as the need arises.
Minimum Requirements :
- At least 7 years experience in finance and investments with four years experience in Foreign Exchange and/or derivatives trading.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity handling a sales team of at least 5 team members.

MARKET INFORMATION OFFICER (MIO)
The position variably may be referred to as an internet business executive, business relations manager or internet portfolio manager. Forming the backbone of the sales and marketing department MIO's serve as a first line contact with prospective clients.
Job Specifics :
- Introduce the company website, our products and service to prospective clients.
- Demonstrate the use of the FX Station trading platform and provide ancillary services designed to keep prospects updated with developments in the forex market.
- Provide assistance to clients with their documentary needs and or queries regarding the market.
